Ted and Joy Kolsun wanted their dream home desires met to their standards and to be on time and on budget. This Calgary couple had long dreamt of escaping their frigid winters for the milder climate of Victoria. Their opportunity came when a property in the prestigious Uplands neighborhood became available, marking the start of their journey to create a custom home for their retirement.
