Yes we have. We can provide practical advice and a payback analysis early in the design process to determine if a solar system is warranted.
Not a problem. A good majority of our customers are newcomers to Victoria with many living out of town while their home is under construction. From job site cameras, to regular Zoom meetings, our customers are always kept up to speed on the progress of their custom home.
We’ve built homes from Cobble Hill to East Sooke and Oak Bay to the Saanich Peninsula. Our service area is within approximately a 50 km radius from downtown Victoria.
While construction in some parts of Canada grinds to a halt in the winter months, that’s not the case in Victoria BC. We’re quite accustomed to building in the rain, and we build year-round, although it’s best to start construction in the early Spring with the aim of getting the roof on before the September rains.

No more than 3. Our custom builds require a lot of attention and that’s all Chris, Joan and team can manage while keeping a healthy work/life balance. We need to make sure our “fine tuned ship” keeps running smoothly :)
Yes we can. Our customers usually engage us to manage the remediation (removal of hazardous materials) and demolition. We are well versed in the process, and have experience in salvaging materials while managing the process in the most cost efficient manner.
It depends. There are a number of factors that determine building costs with some of the most prominent being:
- Topography of the property, site conditions and servicing requirements.
- Complexity of the home design.
- Quality of the building components, mechanical systems and finishes.
There are many advantages to engaging a builder before the design process begins. As a professional custom home builder and designer, we are able to provide guidance ensuring the project can be built within the bounds of the budget.
With that said, the homes featured on our website range between $450-$600 per square foot (adjusted for 2024 building costs).
